Ryobi 3404E-DI

This direct image, digitally enabled 3404 Series of presses offers print quality approaching that of true 14” x 20” landscape four-, five-, and six-color machines only with a digital front end built into the press! This means fully automated make-readies, digital on-press plate imaging, automated plate, blanket, and roller cleaning all with the push of one button.

• Fifteen minute make-readies on the E-DI are not only automated, they are sequenced to perform with little or no operator involvement.
• Full four-form roller inkers and 300 line capabilities via a 16 micron spot size on the printing plate mean outstanding print quality is a given.
• UV capabilities are now available this press. UV curing units along with UV inkers mean DI printers can print on a wider variety of non-porous substrates including plastics, films, and packaging.
