File Submission Guidelines:
To submit the project simply follows these tips.
1. Be sure that all images and fonts are provided in the proper electronic format.
File recommendations:
We accept files created in almost all formats. Some of widely used formats are:
IBM
Macintosh
M.S. Word
M.S. Word
Pagemaker 7
Pagemaker 7
M.S. Publisher 2000
Illustrator 10
Eps, tiff, pdf or jpeg*
Eps, tiff, pdf or jpeg*
*Please note that low resolution of jpeg files will print poorly.
Margin Recommendations:
When creating a document we recommend leaving a ¼" margin around the entire 8.5"X 11" paper.
Bleed Recommendations:
Add an additional 1/8" on each applicable side. (Be sure the text still maintains the required margin even when graphics bleed.)
Font Recommendations:
Macintosh:
we need all screen and printer fonts used in your files, using Macintosh Adobe Type1 or bit stream fonts. Or, using your illustration program, convert all text "to curves" or " create outline" in your files. We cannot accept True Type fonts.
IBM-PC:
we output most of the formats from a Macintosh computer system. When substituting MAC for PC fonts, they may vary somewhat. To avoid this, we recommend you use your illustration program and convert all text to "curves" or "create outlines".
Never use the stylization palette to alter fonts.
FTP:
Bigger files can easily be sent by using our
FTP site
. Click on our FTP link, copy your files from local system and paste in the FTP window.
